Trusted by teams that sell everywhere

Build a verified audience that actually buys
new customers, not CRM duplicates
higher basket among customers who sign up
higher click-through than the retailer's existing SMS list
Everything online is measured. Everything in the store is estimated.
Every store visit, every click and every promotion costs money. Most of it produces customers you can't identify, reach or measure.
01
Your best customers never reach the CRM
Regulars shop every week, but without a phone number they never get a campaign, never land in a segment and never show up in a report.
02
You keep paying for ads because you don't own your audience
Media spend brings people to your product pages. Most leave without buying or identifying themselves, so you pay again to bring them back.
03
Your list grows but your reach shrinks
Old, unverified contacts inflate the database and drag down every rate you report. Nobody can say which part still works.
04
Revenue arrives, but nobody knows from where
One shared discount code, thousands of redemptions, and no way to tell which channel, store or campaign earned them.
How 2way works
Five steps, the same on your website and in your stores.
Turn each visit into a contact
A customer taps an NFC sign at the till, scans the QR code printed on it, or sees a popup the moment they show buying intent online. There is no app to install. An average store collects around 30 sign-ups a day.

Only real, consented numbers
They enter a phone number and confirm it with a one-time code, so typos, fake numbers and bots never reach your database. Consent is recorded with the timestamp and the exact wording they saw, and it can be exported as an audit trail.

Give shoppers a reason to say yes
A personal discount code arrives within seconds on WhatsApp, SMS or Viber, depending on the market. In store, the cashier scans it on the spot. Because every code is unique, you know exactly who used it and when.

Reach them using the channel they use every day
Your message lands in the same inbox as a text from their partner, not in a promotions tab. Send campaigns to your own base on the channel people read in each country: WhatsApp across much of Europe, Viber in Ukraine and the Balkans, SMS in the US. Your team approves every message before it goes out.

Track the revenue per contact point and placement
Every redemption is tied to the person, the store and the placement that produced it, so you can compare a till sign with a fitting-room sign or a paid campaign. Unused codes get automatic reminders after 7 and 21 days, and the revenue they bring back is reported separately.

Reach in-store customers the way you reach website visitors
Your website is measured to the click. Your stores, events and print produce nothing the CRM can see. 2way collects on both sides, into one database.

Three modules. One record for every contact
GROW works alongside the SMS provider you already have. Add SEND to run your campaigns from 2way, and STUDIO if you want our team to write them. Every contact keeps its source, consent and revenue in one record.
Send offers to the chat they open first
WhatsApp is the everyday messenger across most of Europe. 2way collects opted-in contacts, sends your campaigns there and ties every message to a sale.

Enter your store count and monthly website visits. The estimate uses conservative assumptions, and no email is required.
We assume 500 verified contacts per store per month, based on a live fashion retail deployment.
We assume 1% of visits become a verified contact. Our best deployments reach 5%, so treat this as a floor.

Based on averages from live deployments, not a forecast for your business. Real numbers depend on placement, offer and market, which is what a pilot settles.
What enterprise buyers ask us first
Before you book
Good, then you already know the delivery side works. The question is where the numbers come from, and who checks what is legal to send in each market. That is the part we do. GROW runs independently of who sends the messages, so a pilot does not require you to break an existing contract.
Next to them, not against them. Your automation platform decides when to send. We make sure there is someone real on the other end, and that the message is allowed to reach them in that country. Contacts and consents sync into your existing stack through Zapier, our webhooks or the API.
You do. The contact base is yours and exportable in full at any time. The WhatsApp Business Account is registered in your name. Personal data is deleted or returned within 30 days of contract termination.
Standard online deployment is 48 hours: a tag in Google Tag Manager and hosted sign-up pages on your subdomain. Nothing is rebuilt on your site. A multi-market pilot takes around three weeks from signature to first send, because carrier and Meta registrations set the pace, not our engineering.
Yes. The security page documents hosting, encryption, access control, retention, incident response and the full processor chain in the form reviewers expect. Where a certification is still in progress, the page says so with a date rather than an adjective.
Keep both. Email stays, and so does the app. 2way reaches the shoppers they miss: the regulars who pay by card and leave, and who would never download a store app. A tap at the till signs them up in about 20 seconds, and the sign-up can lead them to your app or loyalty program.
You already attract customers. Now build a base you can sell to again
Book 30 minutes and we will scope a pilot on one market: your channel, your customers, one KPI, and a written report at the end. If the fit is wrong we will say so on the call.
