Turn store and website visitors into customers you can reach again
GROW turns store visits, website traffic and events into contacts you can message. Every number is confirmed with a one-time code, every consent is recorded, and every sign-up is tagged to the place it came from.

Trusted by teams that sell everywhere

Four-steps, no app needed
The same flow in a fitting room, at the till or on a product page. About 20 seconds, and simple enough for customers who are not comfortable with technology.

Tap or scan
In store, the customer holds a phone against the NFC sign or scans the QR code on it. Online, the popup or sign-up page opens. Nothing is installed, so customers who would never download a store app still leave a number.

Number and consent
A short form: phone number, choice of channel, and marketing consent shown in full and recorded exactly as displayed.

One-time code
A code arrives and is confirmed. Only then does the contact enter the database, which is why the base contains no invented numbers.

Reward, immediately
A message arrives with an individual code, often as a barcode the cashier can scan and apply on the spot. At Reserved that was 15% off the purchase being made right then.
Every number in your database answered a one-time code
Nothing enters the database until the customer confirms it, so what's in it is real, consented and reachable.
No typos, no bots
Every number receives a one-time code and only enters the database once that code is confirmed. Nothing unverified is ever added, so there is nothing to clean later.
Audit-ready consent
The consent record keeps the timestamp, the exact wording shown, the language version, the device and the source. All of it is exportable as an audit trail.
Phones that actually exist
The customer confirmed the number on their own phone at sign-up. Campaigns go to phones that exist, not to typos and made-up numbers collected at a till years ago.
Live on your site in 48 hours,
no coding needed
Standard deployment is a tag in Google Tag Manager plus hosted sign-up pages on your own subdomain. No release train, no front-end sprint, no rebuild. Your engineering team is not on the critical path.
Popups and teasers
A form that appears on scroll, time on page or exit intent, and a small teaser that brings visitors back when they are ready.

Sign-up pages
Hosted pages on your own subdomain for paid campaigns, influencer links and printed QR codes.

Embedded forms
A form that sits inside your own pages, not only in a popup.

Sign-up by text
The customer texts a word to your number and confirms. Common in the United States.

Results
Forms appear when a visitor shows buying signals, in the visitor's language, with the channel and consent wording each market needs.

Collect numbers in store, where customers already wait
Every sticker carries an NFC tag and a printed QR code. It needs one sentence from staff at the till: no tablet, no device and no change to the point of sale.
At the checkout
A sign at the counter is seen by every paying customer. Checkout produces some of the highest volumes.

In the fitting room
A sticker inside the fitting room reaches shoppers while they hold the product and have time to sign up.

On shelves and packaging
NFC stickers and QR codes on shelves, packaging, print and receipts, each with its own identifier.

At events and stands
Signs at events are tagged to the event and reported the same day.

Results
Every sticker carries both an NFC tag and a QR code, because the split between tapping and scanning changes from city to city.
sign-ups a day in an average store, 60 on a busy one

Estimate your verified contacts
Enter your store count and monthly website visits. The estimate uses conservative assumptions, and no email is required.
We assume 500 verified contacts per store per month, based on a live fashion retail deployment.
We assume 1% of visits become a verified contact. Our best deployments reach 5%, so treat this as a floor.

Based on averages from live deployments, not a forecast for your business. Real numbers depend on placement, offer and market, which is what a pilot settles.
570 contacts beat 11,000, with the same message and the same offer
A smaller fashion retailer sent identical content and an identical discount to its 11,000-contact SMS base and to 570 contacts collected with GROW across 16 stores in one month. The message was not the variable. Only the collection method was.

Every number you collect is ready for WhatsApp
Sign up at the till and get a welcome code on WhatsApp seconds later. Consent is recorded, so your first campaign can go out the same day.

What your teams actually have to do
Registrations, configuration, sign-up pages and store materials are on our side. This is what's left for yours.
Roughly two workshops
Agree the offer given in exchange for a sign-up, the markets, the KPI and the campaign calendar. Approve the creative. That is the extent of the ongoing commitment when STUDIO is included.
One tag, one DNS record
A container tag in Google Tag Manager and a subdomain pointed at our hosted pages. No release, no front-end work, no change to your checkout. API and webhooks are available where a team prefers them.
DPA and a vendor review
Standard DPA with Standard Contractual Clauses, signed before any production data is processed. We have completed enterprise security assessments and answer questionnaires directly.
Placement and one briefing
Decide where the NFC signs go, and brief staff once on the one sentence they say at the till. Materials are produced and shipped by us, per store, with per-store identifiers already assigned.
Works with the tools you already use
Contacts and their consent belong in the systems your teams already use. Today that means two published apps, webhooks and a documented API. No page of logos for connectors that are really a roadmap.
Zapier
Connects 2way to several thousand tools, including every major CRM, without an engineering ticket. New sign-ups, consents and redeemed codes can trigger workflows in the tools your team already uses.
Text
Makes SMS two-way. Customer replies land in the agent's Text inbox next to web chats, and the agent's answer goes back out as an SMS.
Webhooks
New sign-ups, SMS replies, redeemed discount codes, opt-outs and delivery events, pushed to your endpoint as they happen. You choose which events trigger an update.
REST API
Write contacts into 2way from your own systems, and read contacts, consents, discount codes and campaign results back out.
Questions about GROW
Some do. Ours runs only where you decide, and it gives something back: a code, early access, whatever fits your offer. If it does not convert, you switch it off in a day.
No. Standard online deployment is 48 hours: a tag in Google Tag Manager and hosted sign-up pages on your subdomain. Nothing is rebuilt on your site.
Signs and stickers are produced and shipped by us, keyed to your store list, with identifiers already assigned. Store teams place them and brief staff once on the single sentence they say at the till. There is no integration with the point of sale and nothing on your asset register. Most rollouts start with ten stores and expand on the numbers.
Yes. GROW runs independently of who sends the messages, so a pilot does not require you to break an existing contract. Verified contacts sync to your provider or CRM through Zapier, webhooks or the API.
Most people do not want them from brands they never signed up for. Every number in our system answered a code to get in. Opt-out rates tell you the rest, and you see them per market from day one.
Keep collecting them. Most people have one phone number and more than one email address, so the number adds a second, direct route to the same customer, with its own consent record. Every number is confirmed with a one-time code before it enters your database.

Book 30 minutes and we will scope a pilot: which stores, which placements, which offer, and one KPI to judge it on. If the fit is wrong we will say so on the call.
