From the first visit to the next purchase

GROW turns store and website traffic into verified contacts. SEND delivers your campaigns on SMS, WhatsApp and Viber. STUDIO writes them. Every contact keeps its source, its consent and its revenue in one record.

One contact's path in 2way: a verified store sign-up, a WhatsApp message with a discount code, and the purchase made with that code

Trusted by teams that sell everywhere

Collect

We turn your existing traffic into an owned channel

Your website, store, event or live chat: every sign-up follows the same three steps: number, one-time code, immediate value in return.

  • Web popups and teasers, triggered by scroll depth, time on page or exit intent

  • NFC signs and smart QR codes for stores, packaging, print and events

  • Sign-up pages hosted on your own subdomain

  • One-time code verification and a consent record for every number

Deliver

Four channels in one, infrastructure we run ourselves

SMS, MMS, WhatsApp and Viber, with the channel chosen per market. We hold the registrations and run the routes ourselves, so delivery problems get diagnosed at carrier level instead of forwarded to a supplier.

  • SMS in the US, WhatsApp across much of Europe, Viber in Ukraine and the Balkans

  • Reminders on unused codes after 7 and 21 days

  • Branded short links on your domain, and automatic opt-out in every language we send in

  • Quiet hours enforced per US state, in the recipient's own time zone

Create

We plan and send campaigns for you

Strategy, copy and creative for each market, produced by our team and approved by yours before anything goes out.

  • Channel, frequency and offer decided per market

  • Copy written natively in each language, not translated

  • Your brand team approves every message before it is scheduled

  • Optional, and reversible when your team takes it in house

The solution

How 2way works

Five steps, the same on your website and in your stores.

01 · Sign up

Turn each visit into a contact

A customer taps an NFC sign at the till, scans the QR code printed on it, or sees a popup the moment they show buying intent online. There is no app to install. An average store collects around 30 sign-ups a day.

02 · Verify

Only real, consented numbers

They enter a phone number and confirm it with a one-time code, so typos, fake numbers and bots never reach your database. Consent is recorded with the timestamp and the exact wording they saw, and it can be exported as an audit trail.

03 · Reward

Give shoppers a reason to say yes

A personal discount code arrives within seconds on WhatsApp, SMS or Viber, depending on the market. In store, the cashier scans it on the spot. Because every code is unique, you know exactly who used it and when.

04 · Message

Reach them using the channel they use every day

Your message lands in the same inbox as a text from their partner, not in a promotions tab. Send campaigns to your own base on the channel people read in each country: WhatsApp across much of Europe, Viber in Ukraine and the Balkans, SMS in the US. Your team approves every message before it goes out.

05 · Attribute

Track the revenue per contact point and placement

Every redemption is tied to the person, the store and the placement that produced it, so you can compare a till sign with a fitting-room sign or a paid campaign. Unused codes get automatic reminders after 7 and 21 days, and the revenue they bring back is reported separately.

Data & attribution

One record per contact, from the first tap to the last purchase

GROW, SEND and STUDIO write to the same record. That is the difference between a marketing channel and a measurable one. The full record is yours and exportable at any time.

01

Where it came from

The website, a specific store, an event, a campaign or a partner app, down to the sticker, QR code or popup that produced the sign-up. Tagged by market, store, city and campaign.

02

What it agreed to

The consent timestamp, the exact wording shown, the language and page version, the one-time code confirmation, and the IP address, device and country at opt-in.

03

What it received

Delivery, read and click events for every campaign, and every opt-out, honored across all channels.

04

What it bought

An individual discount code, whether it was redeemed, and the revenue attributed to the contact and to the place it signed up.

Attribution

Every contact reports its own revenue

The argument that survives a budget review. Not open rates, but money traced from a specific sign-up to a specific purchase.

One code per person

Each contact receives an individual discount code, tracked from sign-up to completed purchase. You see who redeemed it, where they signed up and what the basket was worth.

One identifier per sign-up point

Every sticker, QR code, popup and landing page carries its own identifier. Reporting goes down to a single shop, a single event, a single placement, by city, venue and campaign.

Recovered revenue on its own line

Contacts who haven't used their code get a reminder after 7 and 21 days. The revenue those reminders bring back is reported separately, so you see what the follow-up added.

Deployment

What your teams actually have to do

Registrations, configuration, sign-up pages and store materials are on our side. This is what's left for yours.

Marketing / CRM

Roughly two workshops

Agree the offer given in exchange for a sign-up, the markets, the KPI and the campaign calendar. Approve the creative. That is the extent of the ongoing commitment when STUDIO is included.

IT / Engineering

One tag, one DNS record

A container tag in Google Tag Manager and a subdomain pointed at our hosted pages. No release, no front-end work, no change to your checkout. API and webhooks are available where a team prefers them.

Legal / Security

DPA and a vendor review

Standard DPA with Standard Contractual Clauses, signed before any production data is processed. We have completed enterprise security assessments and answer questionnaires directly.

Retail operations

Placement and one briefing

Decide where the NFC signs go, and brief staff once on the one sentence they say at the till. Materials are produced and shipped by us, per store, with per-store identifiers already assigned.

Getting started

Go live in days

That's a single-market pilot, where online sign-ups go live within 48 hours of the tag. A multi-market rollout takes about three weeks to first send, because carrier and Meta registrations set the pace, not our engineering.

01 Scope

One workshop. We agree the business goal, the markets, the channels and the KPI the pilot will be judged on. Legal review of the DPA starts here, in parallel.

02 Connect

A tag in Google Tag Manager, sign-up pages on your subdomain, the CRM connection, signs shipped to the stores, and the messaging accounts for each market. We handle the registrations.

03 Collect and send

Sign-ups start on day one. STUDIO produces the campaign calendar, your team approves it, messages go out, and results appear per contact, per source and per market.

04 Decide on the report

A written report with contacts collected, delivery and read rates, clicks, revenue attributed to campaigns and a comparison of test groups. You decide with numbers from your own customers.

Works with the tools you already use

Contacts and their consent belong in the systems your teams already use. Today that means two published apps, webhooks and a documented API. No page of logos for connectors that are really a roadmap.

Zapier logo

Zapier

Connects 2way to several thousand tools, including every major CRM, without an engineering ticket. New sign-ups, consents and redeemed codes can trigger workflows in the tools your team already uses.

Text logo

Text

Makes SMS two-way. Customer replies land in the agent's Text inbox next to web chats, and the agent's answer goes back out as an SMS.

Webhooks

New sign-ups, SMS replies, redeemed discount codes, opt-outs and delivery events, pushed to your endpoint as they happen. You choose which events trigger an update.

REST API

Write contacts into 2way from your own systems, and read contacts, consents, discount codes and campaign results back out.

Channel guide

The right channel for every market

No single channel works everywhere. Here is what we send in each market, and why. The contact base and the consent record stay the same.

Flags of Spain, Italy and the Netherlands
Spain, Italy and the Netherlands
WhatsApp first

It is the default messenger, so your offer lands where customers already chat every day.

Flags of Czechia and Slovakia
Czechia and Slovakia
WhatsApp first, Viber as a test

WhatsApp is the main messenger in both markets. Viber holds real share too, so a split test is worth running.

Flags of Brazil, India and the United Arab Emirates
Brazil, India and the UAE
WhatsApp first

It is the primary channel for customer messaging in all three.

Flag of Germany
Germany
WhatsApp, with careful consent

It works well, but the opt-in wording needs extra care.

Flag of Poland
Poland
WhatsApp, early

Few brands have WhatsApp consent yet, so your message gets read in minutes.

Flags of the United Kingdom and France
United Kingdom and France
SMS first, WhatsApp as a test

SMS still leads, so we run both and let the results decide.

Flags of the United States and Canada
United States and Canada
SMS and MMS

Meta paused WhatsApp marketing to US numbers in April 2025. We handle 10DLC registration.

Flags of Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and Serbia
Ukraine and the Balkans
Viber

It is the everyday messenger in Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and Serbia.

Ready for your security review

GDPR with a standard DPA and SCCs, EU data residency, US 10DLC and TCPA, and the full sub-processor list, documented in one place. ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type II under audit, targeted for Q4 2026.

Questions about the platform

Can we buy one module on its own?

GROW can. It runs alone and pushes verified contacts to the SMS provider or CRM you already use. STUDIO is an optional add-on and is not sold on its own.

Do we have to replace our marketing automation platform?

No. Your automation platform decides when to send. We make sure there is someone real on the other end, and that the message is allowed to reach them in that country. Contacts and consents sync into it through Zapier, webhooks or our API.

Does data sync both ways?

Yes. Contacts and consents go out to your systems, and campaign results and attribution come back.

We will build it ourselves, we have an API

You can. The build is not the hard part. Keeping sender registrations, template approvals, opt-out rules and sending windows current in every market you sell in is the part that never ends.

What happens to opt-outs?

They are honored automatically across every channel and reflected in your CRM. Unsubscribe pages are available in every language we send in.

See it running on your own market

Thirty minutes, one screen share. We configure a sign-up flow for one of your markets during the call, and you decide whether the numbers are worth a pilot.
